THE Wedding Card

Hi
This is a wedding card for my niece.
I have used white cardstock for the whole card. First is the cardstock folded in half. The next layer is Martha Steward Garden Trellis punch. This was raised with pop dots. Then Cuttlebug folder Victoria with arched windows on each side, the arched windows are added with (I hope) clear tape. It too was raised. Then the bride and groom in a floral arch (again raised). The doves are 2 layers with the second layer being raised. The little flower was one of many that I have made. Little rhinestones from (where else) the Dollar Store.
Then I used Victoria folder to emboss the envelope and added a bit of trellis inside.
Have a Blessed day.

Sympathy card for my Shadow

Hi
I have a couple of cards on my table but wanted to show you this sympathy card from my friend Curt. It is so beautiful and the little kitten he colored has almost the same face as my Shadow had.
It only (insert sarcasm here) took 28 days to get to Canada from the States. Talk about SNAIL MAIL.
Thank you Curt.
Have a Blessed day.

Very large floral card

Hi
This is very large. It is 8" x 5.5". When I started it I didn't realize it was going to be so big. Now I think it is too big for a card. I can't remember where I got the picture but if anyone recognizes it please email me and I will give credit where credit is due. I printed 3 layers and decoupaged and varnished 2 layers. Cut out several pieces and layered them with pop dots. I sewed the first layer onto a gold background.
Now I don't really know how to make this into a card, any suggestions? The only thing I can think of is to add another oval.
Have a Blessed day.

Iris fold cat card

Hi
My dear friend was having a birthday and I wanted a special card for her. While she was living in South Korea it was difficult to mail multi layered cards to her but since she has moved back to Canada it was no problem.
Since she is a cat lover I thought this little guy would be appropriate. I had some beautiful unused curtain material that was thin enough for iris folding. Of course, I had to add the butterfly. I couldn't find my peel off sentiments (ok ok so it's time to clean out the craft room) so had to hand write the Happy Birthday. I lined the envelope with a gold strip of card stock to match the front.
Have a Blessed day.

Pansies

Hi
I think pansies just might be among my favorite flowers as I saw this background paper on Free card kits. com and couldn't resist making a card. There was also a digi with pansies so I made it the size I wanted and colored it with pencil crayons and OMS. This is probably only the second time I have colored on a card. Think I am beginning to like it. lol The purple strip at the bottom is two sided tape put down and covered with glitter. Fiskars vine punches. Dollar Store punch for butterflies and a die label. Raised the leaves a little. I lined the envelope with the background paper and also put a wee strip on the inside of the card to finish it off.
Have a Blessed day.

Lace and accordian flower

Hi
This is a rather simple card. I have tons of gorgeous lace and wanted to utilize some in my cards. I also love these accordian flowers. I downloaded some beautiful background paper and accented with stickles. The little rose I made. The envelope is lined with the same paper minus stickles. On the inside of the card I have a wee strip across the top complete with stickles. I cut the gold dies 3 times and sort of layered them.
Have a Blessed day.

Curts Card

Hi,
This is a card I made for Curt and his partner who celebrated 25 years in early July.
The card is a dark ivory. I used Martha Stewart and Blue Hills punches. The flower is a chyrsanthemum from svg from SVGCuts. Sorry I can't remember whose picture it is. If you see it please let me know so I can give credit. The picture is done on a silver cardstock to represent silver anniversary and so is the sentiment. Colors are not showing too well as it was cloudy here that day. I lined the envelope with the picture as well. If you click on the pics you will see the detail better.
Have a Blessed day.
