Easter Card

Hi,
Here is the other Iris folding and sticker card I made Easter morning for another dear friend of mine. The background paper, eggs, flowers and butterfly are from a Dollar Store. The grass was cut using Cricut Plantin cartridge, I believe. Really must learn my cartridges. lol
Again the Iris folding was done with tissue paper. The handle of the basket was from the cardstock.
I am not really a fan of stickers but I had bought them a few years ago before I got into card making to apply to Easter gifts for the grandchildren. Decided I had better use them up.
I will be M.I.A. again for awhile as I have another large project on the go which will take up quite a bit of my time. It needs to be ready for the early part of May. I better get cracking. (no pun intended lol).
Have a Blessed day.

Hi,
I have been M.I.A. for quite awhile now. Somehow or other I lost my creative urge, but hopefully it is coming back.
Having an area to do cards is one of the big reasons I have been not doing them. The kitchen table is really not the best place when you live in a very small area. So now I am in the process of making more space for cardmaking in my office. The room is only 9 feet x 8 feet sooooo it will have to be efficiently laid out. lol
Anyway here is my Easter card that was quickly made Easter Sunday in order to give it to my dear friend who was moving from Alberta to South Korea!!
The background is laid out on white card stock.
The iris folding egg was done on blue card stock because that was the only pattern I had. I then needed to make the frame in pink so cut out the egg again in pink cardstock and overlaid it on the blue cardstock. If some blue is showing around the inner edges that is due to my not so professional cutting. lol The egg is iris folded with iris folding tissue paper.
The daffodils and egg were stickers from the Dollar Store. The butterfly, is the iris of the egg, from the Dollar Store as well.
Have a Blessed day.
